March 4, 2019 by Techcouver Newsdesk Leave a Comment

The upcoming #BCTECHSummit is a great opportunity to connect with entrepreneurs, startups, tech leaders, and investors. Beyond networking opportunities, it also serves as a catalyst for new business ideas, technologies, and collaborations.

And for attendees exploring career opportunities, it might just result in a new job and career path.

Taking place on day two of the Summit, the #BCTECHSummit Job Fair will feature 14 companies hiring for over 300 positions with opportunities ranging from customer service to cybersecurity.

The #BCTECHSummit Job Fair is a one-of-a-kind event that brings together the province’s fastest growing companies and the city’s top tech talent.

At previous events participating companies have showed off their company culture with ice cream sundaes, popcorn machines, fresh-pressed juice, giant lego, and massage chairs.

And the highlight? Watch company leaders give a two-minute lightning pitch on why you should work for them; hear what sets them apart and what they’re building.

Hiring Companies include Bench, Best Buy Canada, BrainStation, BroadbandTV, Cisco, Clearly, Clio, D3 Security, East Side Games, Mojio, Realtor.com, Rogers Communications, Ritchie Bros., and WorkSafeBC.

The #BCTECHSummit takes place from Monday, March 11th to Wednesday, March 13th at the Vancouver Convention Centre.

Co-located at the #BCTECHSummit, the Job Fair takes place on Tuesday, March 12th from 6pm to 9:30pm. Entrance to the Job Fair is included with your #BCTECHSummit Conference pass but this unique recruiting event is also open to the public.
