Starting November 1st, Canadians can complete one challenge a day to develop a daily coding habit through Lighthouse Labs’ 21-Day Coding Challenge.
Whether you’re a coding hobbyist or you’ve never laid eyes on a command line before, the 21-Day Coding Challenge will allow participants to learn how to code in a fun, free environment and win amazing prizes, including a round-trip journey to Austin, Texas with three nights’ accommodation and two Austin Detours passes.
In May, more than 5,500 people completed a mission through space with the last instalment of the 21-Day Coding Challenge. This November, Lighthouse Labs is aiming to help 7,000 people learn the foundations of JavaScript through a brand new smart city theme.
You’ll begin a 21-day journey through Codeville, working your way through an educational, habit-building curriculum. The challenge is designed to teach you basic JavaScript, which remains one of the most widely used programming languages out there, present on more than 95% of websites across the web.
The 21-Day Coding Challenge kicks off on November 1st, so register now as an individual or as a team.
