Burnaby’s PerfectMind has been acquired by TSG for an undisclosed sum.
PerfectMind’s cloud-based Parks & Recreation Management Software helps university campuses, sports centers, and recreation organizations of all sizes to grow their communities. Worldwide, PerfectMind serves more than 500,000 users in 21 countries in the Health & Fitness market.
TSG has deep domain expertise serving a range of verticals in the subscription economy including, entertainment, childcare, insurance, and health and fitness.
Originally developed as a Martial Arts software solution, PerfectMind’s membership management software includes a broad selection of modules that allow the platform to scale and evolve over time with the needs of each client’s organization.
