San Francisco-headquartered project management startup Productboard has raised $72 million in Series C funding led by Tiger Global.
Founded in 2014, Productboard provides a cloud-based platform that enables companies to plan what new product features to develop based on requests from their customers.
Productboard has grown rapidly in the last year and now supports over 4,000 companies, including Zoom, JCDecaux, Microsoft, and Disney who rely on Productboard to build winning digital products.
Much of the work that goes into operationalizing customer feedback involves organizing large volumes of disparate feature requests into a more usable form. To streamline the task, Productboard provides a set of features specifically for speeding up data collation. The service also provides project managers with tools for turning the data into development roadmaps.
Productboard has ambitious plans for 2021. According to CEO Hubert Palan, Productboard will be expanding their global presence by opening a new office in Dublin and growing their Vancouver team.
Productboard plans to hire an additional 100+ employees in 2021 after more than doubling our team in the last 12 months.
