Vancouver-headquartered WELL Health Technologies is at it again.
Laser-focused on consolidating and modernizing clinical and digital assets within the healthcare sector, WELL Health has acquired MyHealth Partners for up to $266 million.
MyHealth provides primary care, specialty care, telehealth services and accredited diagnostic health services from 48 locations across Ontario and 22 locations across British Columbia.
MyHealth has over 760 physicians and other healthcare professionals actively providing patient care and over the past year has recorded over 500,000 patient visits including primary, specialty, telehealth, and diagnostic visits.

The acquisition makes WELL the largest outpatient medical clinic owner-operator and leading multi-disciplinary telehealth service provider in Canada with 74 combined clinics.
MyHealth will become WELL’s 8th business unit and is expected to be operated and led by its current CEO, Suresh Madan.
Once the transaction has closed, WELL’s combined annualized revenue and EBITDA run-rates will approach $400 million and $100 million respectively.
Over the past 6 months, WELL has entered the US Healthcare Market with the completion of majority stake acquisition of Circle Medical Technologies and it’s acquisition of CRH Medical and concurrent $300 million equity offering led by Mr. Li Ka-Shing.
