Thanks to Vancouver direct-to-consumer fitness technology startup FORM, swimmers can now be led through immersive workout swim experiences and access hundreds of workouts in an ever-expanding library.
FORM announced the launch of a new Workouts feature today.
The new feature guides swimmers through motivating workouts in real-time using the FORM goggles’ augmented reality display. Available immediately, this Workouts experience, featuring an ever-growing library of workouts, is available via an annual or monthly membership purchase.
“Providing guided workouts to swimmers of all abilities is a massive next step in the evolution of the FORM Swim Experience,” said Dan Eisenhardt, Founder and CEO of FORM. “Millions of swimmers go to the pool every week to swim without a team or a structured workout. We are fundamentally changing this. There is nothing like this in the market and we’re incredibly excited to make swimming so much more engaging and motivating.”

FORM swimmers can continue to use their goggles with access to real-time metrics as normal, and can now add a Workouts membership to gain access to an extensive library featuring hundreds of workouts that focus on Endurance, Power, Sprint, Recovery, Technique, and more.
New workouts will be released weekly, providing a dynamic library that is designed to empower every swimmer with the motivation, guidance, skills and advice they need to get better and feel confident in the water.
Launched in August 2019, FORM goggles are the first premium swimming goggles with a see-through, augmented-reality display that delivers performance metrics in real-time.
