Vancouver’s Damon Motors has promoted Amber Spencer to the role of vice president of worldwide marketing.
Spencer was Damon’s sixth hire and has been instrumental in the company’s brand development and growth.
In her role, Spencer leads and oversees all aspects of brand, digital marketing, public relations, customer relations, and experience. During her tenure, the company has gained tremendous market recognition in brand, customer acquisition and awards.

Amber Spencer has a diverse portfolio of professional experience including marketing, social media, software development, and entrepreneurship.
Prior to Damon, she founded Epicalls, a computer software company, and Flare Ventures, a technology consulting firm. Spencer is a motorcycle enthusiast experienced at riding various bikes, including cafe racers, dirt bikes and cruisers.
She is a member of the WMRC Westwood Motorcycle Racing Club and placed third in her first ever race. Spencer is also an award-winning fitness competitor and advocate for health and wellness. Follow Amber Spencer on Instagram.
