Many people within our organization either live with diabetes or have personal connections to the community, which has naturally fostered a deeper sense of dedication and excitement for the work we do every day.

As an HR Business Partner, what are your priorities for the year ahead?
One of my priorities for the upcoming year is continuing to evolve our organization and sustaining our position as a competitive workplace. I’m lucky because in my role as an HR Business Partner, I am able to partner with employees, COEs and the leadership team to help lead change based on employee feedback. This year, I will also be focused on strengthening employee retention and attraction across the board, which Dexcom Canada’s recognition as one of BC’s Top Employers will certainly support.
