A fledging firm known as Proxima HQ specializes in offering an end-to-end digital sales platform specifically designed for property developers and sales and marketing teams.
The Vancouver-based startup, a NVBC Competition finalist, says its platform aims to streamline the sales launch process, saving these teams both time and money.
Proxima HQ’s prop-tech platform replicates all the visual and digital tools traditionally found in a physical sales centre. These tools include project overviews, 2D floor plans, 3D building models, and renderings.
The platform’s design imitates the linear sales journey, providing a macro-to-micro storytelling experience, according to the company, and facilitating the freedom to conduct sales anytime and anywhere.
Founded in 2022, the company focuses on flexibility, allowing developers to customize their sales and marketing programs through controlled content release and activating multiple touch-points for increased sales opportunities. This customization, coupled with Proxima’s cross-device functionality, extends the buying experience beyond the traditional presentation center.
A key feature of the Proxima HQ platform is its real-time data feedback, which tracks sales performance and buyer preferences. This feature enables live inventory and pricing adjustments, providing insights into buying behaviour that can help drive sales strategies.
The platform also offers a high-fidelity sales tool. Such functionality equips sales teams with a trainable tool, enabling them to provide a consistent sales experience.
Proxima HQ’s platform operates through a four-step process.
First, users upload traditional marketing assets and customize each section with content windows. Next, Proxima HQ’s comprehensive filtering system assists buyers in unit selections through intelligent real-time interactions with the 3D building model and other corresponding unit details. Then the platform integrates with prop-tech tools, such as CRMs and conveyancing, to complete the pre-sales process. Finally, Proxima HQ enables users to launch and update sales programs using the latest materials.
Current clients using the startup’s technology include Keystone Properties, Royal Pacific Realty, and Landa Global Properties.
Overall, the BC fintech represents a forward-thinking approach to property sales, bringing traditional methods into the digital era in pursuit of modern-day efficiency.
