How Vancouver’s Personize.ai Helps Businesses Interact with Customers

January 30, 2024 by Knowlton Thomas Leave a Comment

A Robson Street startup is aiming to revolutionize how businesses communicate with customers by applying artificial intelligence technologies.

Vancouver’s Personize.ai states its goal simply: To empower companies with Generative AI  solutions that increase sales, drive revenue, and make customer engagement more personalized.

“We believe that the future of business is driven by AI, and our mission is to lead the way in shaping that future,” the startup states online,.

The company wants businesses to “break free” from manual tasks such as writing emails and LinkedIn Invites, researching leads, and preparing for sales calls.

“The marketing and sales landscape has changed,” the company says. “What worked before doesn’t work today.”

Personize was founded by Hamed Taheri, who boasts nearly two decades of tech experience, including work around geo-spatial information systems, data modelling, and machine learning.

“At Personize, we believe that every business deserves the opportunity to succeed and we are dedicated to helping businesses everywhere reach their full potential through the power of Generative AI,” he says.

At Personize.ai, Hamed is leveraging third-party ChatGPT technology—but believes his own team of “world-class AI engineers” ultimately shape the startup’s product.

“These engineers bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience, enabling us to develop advanced AI solutions that stand at the forefront of the industry,” the company states online. “Their expertise in artificial intelligence and data analysis has been crucial in creating our cutting-edge writing engine, harnessing the power of Generative AI to deliver personalized, high-converting messaging at scale.”

No coding or AI background is required to utilize Personize’s platform, according to the company.

Personize.ai was established in 2020.
