Coinbase is bringing crypto into the real world with one of the first opportunities in Canada to use crypto to make in-person purchases.
As part of Coffee Days, Coinbase has partnered with Revolver coffee for a summer offer where customers will be able to get a $1 cold brew or iced latte when paying with cryptocurrency USDC until the end of August.
The initiative’s goal is to demonstrate that paying for coffee with USDC is fast, easy and cheap. And by minimizing fees and eliminating middlemen, crypto payments help put money back in the hands of small businesses, like these coffee shops.
USDC combines the power and stability of the US Dollar with the speed of the internet, and can be used like you would any dollar.
