Immersion Week, powered by Innovation UBC, is coming up September 24-25 at UBC Robson Square.
This annual celebration promises to bring together storytellers and movement builders from across the Vancouver ecosystem to share their insights on the strategies and tactics that helped them transform their innovation and ideas to impact.
This year’s theme is Translating Inventions to Impact: Breakthrough innovations creating social and economic prosperity here at home, and across the globe.
Among the interesting sessions is one titled Deep tech spinouts and the translation journey with a focus on Relationships and IP strategy moderated by entrepreneurship@UBC’s Tiffany Hamilton and featuring panelists from Arca, CarboNet, SereGene Therapeutics, and VulcanX.
The goal of Immersion Week is to explore the dynamic role of universities in fostering innovation and driving societal progress.
