Novarc, Miller Electric Partner to Advance AI-Powered Welding

North Vancouver-based Novarc Technologies has entered a strategic partnership with Miller Electric Mfg. LLC to revolutionize welding automation through artificial intelligence (AI).

The collaboration aims to introduce next-generation AI-powered welding solutions designed to enhance productivity, address labor shortages, and improve precision in industries such as shipbuilding, heavy equipment manufacturing, and construction.

As part of Miller’s Copilot™ collaborative welding line, the companies will develop real-time adaptive welding systems that offer greater flexibility and efficiency. These AI-driven solutions will help fabricators and manufacturers tackle part-to-part and fit-up variation challenges, making automated welding more accessible and cost-effective.

Novarc, a leader in AI-driven welding automation, sees the partnership as a step toward expanding cobot capabilities in industrial settings. “This partnership between Miller and Novarc allows us to combine our expertise and pioneer new frontiers in automated welding technology together,” said Soroush Karimzadeh, Novarc’s co-founder and CEO.

By integrating Miller’s deep industry expertise with Novarc’s AI-powered automation, the companies aim to push the boundaries of welding innovation, making automation a more viable and profitable option for businesses across the globe.
