Vancouver’s Singularity Health has been selected to join the 2025 Google for Startups Accelerator: Canada, a prestigious program supporting high-potential tech companies across the country.
The digital health startup is using artificial intelligence to enhance patient care, streamline clinical workflows, and improve chronic disease management.
Singularity Health is one of 14 startups chosen for this year’s cohort, which Google says reflects the diversity and depth of Canada’s innovation ecosystem. Companies in the program span industries including healthcare, energy, education, and finance, and come from cities such as Saskatoon, Kitchener-Waterloo, Toronto, and—for the first time—five companies from Montréal.
Over the next three months, the selected startups will collaborate with Google mentors to refine their business models, scale AI capabilities, and connect with investors and partners. The program offers access to cutting-edge tools and technical expertise without requiring founders to give up any equity.
This year’s cohort includes ventures using radar for contactless health monitoring, AI for mineral mapping, virtual reality for radiology, and Gemini-powered tools for investor relations. Companies like Luxsonic in Saskatoon and Simmunome in Montréal are applying AI to healthcare, while others are tackling fitness, accounting, and manufacturing challenges.
Google’s support for Canadian startups has delivered strong results. Since 2020, more than 120 companies have completed the accelerator, collectively raising over $480 million CAD and creating 1,100 jobs.
For Singularity Health, the accelerator offers a springboard to expand its impact in Canada’s fast-evolving digital health landscape. The startup’s AI-powered solutions aim to empower healthcare providers and improve outcomes for patients living with chronic conditions.
“We believe Google’s technology has the potential to significantly improve lives, and we’re excited to explore how it can help us amplify our impact,” shared Juan large, Co-founder and CEO of Singularity Health.
