C100, the influential network for Canadian tech entrepreneurs, has opened applications for its flagship Fellows and Growth programs, designed to propel high-potential Canadian startups into global category leaders.
With a track record of helping companies outperform startup success rates by up to tenfold, C100’s programs offer curated 12-month experiences for founders and leadership teams navigating key growth inflection points. Both programs are backed by a global network of seasoned operators and investors—many with deep roots in Silicon Valley.
“Canada’s economic future depends on a strong tech economy and bold tech entrepreneurs who aren’t afraid to think bigger, scale faster, and compete globally,” said Michael Buhr, Executive Director of C100. “C100 exists to help Canadian founders and entrepreneurs tilt the odds in their favour by giving them access to world-class expert networks, capital, and support.”
Since its inception in 2010, companies emerging from C100’s programs have collectively created more than 23,000 jobs and achieved cumulative valuations of over $26.6 billion.
Proven Track Record
Growth Program: Of the 94 companies that have completed C100’s Growth Program (or its predecessor, the Lazaridis ScaleUp program), nearly 99% are thriving or have had a successful exit, compared to an industry benchmark of just 10%. Notably:
- Over 40% have raised a Series B round or later.
- Nearly 14% have been acquired by major players including Apple, Autodesk, and Instacart.
- Alumni have raised over $1.75 billion post-program.
Fellows Program: Among the 403 early-stage companies that have participated, almost 90% remain active or have been successfully acquired.
- 140 companies have gone on to raise Series A or later rounds.
- 26% have seen acquisitions, and two have gone public.
- Fellows alumni have raised over $11.5 billion since joining the program.
Who Should Apply?
Growth Program: Built for founders, CEOs, and executive teams of post-Series A companies with $10M+ in revenue and 50% year-over-year growth, facing the challenges of scaling into global category leaders.
Fellows Program: Targeted at early-stage founders who have raised seed capital or are generating early revenue, and who are seeking guidance from experienced operators and investors.
Both programs are cohort-based and provide access to a powerful, curated peer group and the broader C100 community.
Applications are now open for both programs. Canadian-led and based tech companies interested in joining a network committed to building globally competitive businesses are encouraged to apply.
