Jane Software, the Vancouver-headquartered practice management platform for health and wellness professionals, has been recognized with a Bronze Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year in the Computer Software category (100 or more employees). The accolade was presented at the 19th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
Marc Dyer, Vice President of Customer Success at Jane, called the honour a reflection of the company’s mission-driven culture. “Every call, every email, and every chat is an opportunity to help our customers thrive in the amazing work they do,” Dyer said. “This award is a meaningful recognition of the care, empathy, and expertise our team brings to those moments.”
The Stevie Awards are among the world’s premier business awards, celebrating excellence in customer service, sales performance, and contact centre operations. This year’s competition received over 2,100 entries from 45 countries and territories.
“We proudly join the judges and the entire Stevie Awards community in congratulating and celebrating the winners on their accomplishments,” said Maggie Miller, president of the Stevie Awards.
Jane serves over 200,000 health and wellness practitioners with an intuitive practice management and electronic medical records (EMR) platform. Known for its flexible features and “human-powered” support, the company has built a reputation for placing customer success at the heart of its operations.
This is not the only accolade Jane has received in 2024. Earlier this year, the company earned an Excellence in Customer Service Award from the Business Intelligence Group, was named to Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50, and appeared on The Globe and Mail’s list of Top Growing Companies.
