A Vancouver-based property management technology startup this week announced an integration with Zillow, a well-known real estate tech firm based in Seattle.
Leasey.AI says its platform’s new Zillow Direct Syndication capability enables property managers to post rental listings to the Rental Network, which now includes Zillow’s network of rental marketplaces, with just a single click from their dashboard.
The feature streamlines the listing process for managers, helping ensure their units reach a large audience efficiently, according to a statement from the B.C. fintech.
Working “in harmony with Leasey.AI’s suite of leasing support tools,” the Zillow Direct Syndication integration is designed to automate the leasing process, the company says, which can reduce the time and effort required to create listings, as well as increase lead conversion and even improve the tenant experience.
In June, Leasey.ai cofounder Juan Leal took home $100,000 for his startup at Toronto Metropolitan University’s DMZ Insiders Event.
Last year, the startup won National Bank of Canada’s Leap to the Cloud Prize as a finalist in the 2023 New Ventures BC Competition and partnered with Victoria tech firm Certn.
Leasey was founded in 2020.
