Burnaby’s Creation Technologies has been acquired by private investment firm Lindsay Goldberg from Birch Hill Equity Partners and other equity holders.
Founded in 1991, Creation employs approximately 3,000 people across the USA, Canada, Mexico and China.
Creation provides its original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers with product development and engineering, rapid prototyping, design for supply chain, manufacturing, integration and fulfillment and logistics and after-market services.
Creation’s OEM customers are in the Industrial & Instrumentation, Medical, Communications, Transportation, Aerospace, Defense & Security, and Energy & Environmental markets.
