Great Place to Work, an organization that evaluates companies based on company culture, has released its 2019 list of Canada’s Best Workplaces in Technology.
Organizations were selected based on Great Place to Work’s Trust Index Survey, which measures the employee experience at each company.
Employees are asked how frequently they experience behaviours that create a great workplace, including, transparency, collaboration, benefits, professional development, and work-life balance.
While the overall list is helpful for those looking to make a career change, it is far from comprehensive. To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified in the past year and work primarily in the technology sector.
Seven Vancouver based companies made the grade. Congrats to A Thinking Ape, Clevest, Collabware Systems, Habanero, Hothead Games, RYCOR, and Traction on Demand.
And they’re all currently hiring.
