Great Place to Work has announced their 2019 list of Best Workplaces for Millennials.
To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified, at least 30% of their employees must fit the Millennial demographic (born after 1980) and they must have minimum 90% positive response to the statement “I am treated fairly regardless of my age.”
Not surprisingly, the millennial list looks a lot like Great Place to Work’s 2019 list of Canada’s Best Workplaces in Technology with five of the seven Vancouver companies being tagged again.
The five Vancouver based companies that made the grade are A Thinking Ape, Collabware Systems, Habanero, RYCOR, and Traction on Demand.
While Clevest and Hothead Games made the overall list, they were excluded from this millennial edition, so it is safe to say they did not hit the 90% mark mentioned above.
Millennial-friendly or not, all seven companies are hiring here.
