BC Tech has announced their 2091 HyperGrowth 5.0 cohort.
HyperGrowth is a six-month revenue and growth accelerator that guides entrepreneurs to build BC’s next generation of anchor tech companies.
The program is specifically designed for founders and executive teams of technology companies wanting to grow annual revenues from $1 million+ to $10 million+.
The five companies in HyperGrowth’s fifth cohort are:
Biba – Named one of the world’s most innovative companies by Fast Company magazine, Biba transforms traditional playgrounds into “smart” playgrounds that appeal to the digital sensibilities of today’s kids while encouraging the active, outdoor and imaginative play that their parents want for them.
VRIFY Technologies – VRIFY is redefining the traditional company-investor relationship. The platform’s toolkit enables companies to translate tough-to-digest data into 3D models, global site visits of remote projects into virtual tours, and traditional presentations into interactive experiences.
Lumen5 – New Ventures BC Competition champ Lumen5 is a video creation platform designed for brands and businesses to produce engaging video content for social posts, stories, and ads. Lumen5 enables anyone without training or experience to easily create amazing videos in minutes.
VanHack – VanHack brings the world’s best tech talent to Canada by helping companies access global talent when rapidly hiring for hard-to-fill tech roles.
Riipen – Riipen connects learners directly with industry to work on real projects, embedded into their curriculum and facilitated by an instructor. Through the Riipen platform, students gain hands-on experience, develop their skills, and build up a portfolio of validated feedback from real companies.
