TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) was founded in Silicon Valley in 1992 by successful entrepreneurs with roots in the Indus region (the Indian subcontinent).
With a mission to support startups through networking and the raising of capital for entrepreneurs, TiE has spread over 72 chapters in 17 countries with over 20,000 Members.

The British Columbia Chapter of TiE is hosting an online Demo Day on February 10th and is inviting entrepreneurs and investors, irrespective of place of origin and ethnicity, to participate.
Eight companies will be chosen to pitch to specially selected Canadian and international investors with the winning startup walking away with $25,000 in prizes.
If you’re interested in pitching your startup at Demo Day, apply to participate by January 31st.
