This fall our local TiE Vancouver chapter is hosting a series of learning, mentoring and networking events for operators of startups and scaleups and the first event is on September 29th.
TiE Vancouver is part of TiE Global Angels, an umbrella organization representing the TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) chapters in North America and their affiliated angel groups.
TiE was founded in Silicon Valley in 1992 by entrepreneurs with roots in South Asia, and is currently spread over 62 chapters in 14 countries with 15,000+ membership consisting of Angels, VCs, Private Equity, entrepreneurs, and service providers.
The first TiE CXO event will be a panel discussion on how to thrive a downturn with lessons from founders who’ve been there.
Spearheaded and moderated by TiE Vancouver’s Maninder Dhaliwal, the speaker panel includes Farid Dordar (founded & exited PerfectMind), Catherine Dahl (founded & exited Beanworks), and Mark Cunningham (founded & exited Crystal Decisions).
The in-person event kicks off with a TiE Sponsor & Charter Member VIP reception followed by the speaker panel and an hour of networking. Register online to attend.
