WeCommerce Acquires Shoppable Instagram & UGC Content Platform Foursixty

June 11, 2020 by Techcouver Newsdesk Leave a Comment

Victoria’s WeCommerce has acquired Toronto’s Foursixty, a leading partner in the Shopify and Instagram ecosystem.

Foursixty has been a pioneer and leader in the social commerce space since 2014, and helps thousands of the world’s most popular direct-to-consumer brands such as Fashion Nova, Pura Vida Bracelets, Knix, MVMT Watches, Mejuri, and Skims monetize their Instagram content.

Foursixty joins Pixel Union, Out of the Sandbox, Yopify, SuppleApps, and Rehash in WeCommerce’s growing portfolio of Shopify-related businesses.

“We’re excited to have the team at Foursixty join the family. We remain very confident that the future of retail will be online, and that Shopify is the best e-commerce platform to help merchants. We intend to continue focusing our efforts on finding wonderful partner businesses like Foursixty in the coming months,” said Chris Sparling, CEO of WeCommerce.

Like all of WeCommerce’s acquisitions, Foursixty will continue to operate independently to ensure continued success of the company and team.
