A panel of experts will share their perspectives on some of the shifts in consumer behaviour and how brands can adapt to capitalize on the move from brick and mortar stores to e-commerce and showrooms, from traditional ads to leveraging social media and influencers and the demand for more custom personalized and sustainable products.
Emceed by Saleforce’s Scott Ellis and moderated by Shape Immersive’s James Basnett, the panel event will include Riz Somji of Cymax Group, Ian MacKinnon of Later, and Igor Faletski of Salesforce (formerly with Mobify which was acquired by Salesforce).
