Vancouver-based animal care startup OneCup AI has been selected to participate in the inaugural Google for Startups Accelerator: Cloud class of 2023 for North American cloud-native startups.
OneCup AI will join eleven other startups from across Canada and the U.S as they prepare for the next phase of their growth journey.
OneCup AI uses computer vision for animal care and their artificial intelligence, Betsy, is the eyes of the rancher when the rancher is away.
“Our primary objective is to leverage Google Cloud Platform’s (GCP) cutting-edge technologies to enhance BETSY, our computer vision AI for animal care. Our milestones include developing advanced image recognition models and achieving real-time processing speeds for large-scale datasets. The accelerator will play a vital role in helping us refine our algorithms and optimize our infrastructure on GCP,” commented Mokah Shmigelsly, Co-Founder & CEO of OneCup AI.
This 10-week virtual accelerator is designed to offer the best of Google’s programs, products, people and technology.
To help the selected participants unlock the potential of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, participants will receive technical project support and leadership development for startup founders. along with cloud-focused deep dives and workshops on product design and customer acquisition.
