Vancouver’s Clariti has secured an $24.6 million investment from Vistara Growth.
Clariti is a SaaS provider for permitting and licensing solutions to state, provincial, and local governments in the U.S. and Canada.
Proceeds from the growth financing will primarily be used to expand Clariti’s go-to-market teams, build on relationships with system integrators and support an increased number of implementations as Clariti has continued to see meaningful new opportunities in the market.
Additionally, the financing will further enable the development of additional features and support the integration of Camino, an innovative permitting technology provider acquired by Clariti in 2023.
