Drew Green, President and CEO of Indochino, has been awarded King Charles III’s Coronation Medal by the Government of Canada, recognizing his outstanding contributions to business in Canada and abroad.
Indochino, co-founded in 2007 by Kyle Vucko and Heikal Gani, revolutionized the custom apparel industry by making made-to-measure suits accessible to consumers worldwide. Under their vision, the company pioneered an innovative direct-to-consumer model, transforming how people shop for personalized menswear.
Since taking the helm as CEO, Green has built on their foundation, scaling the business into one of the fastest-growing apparel brands of the past decade.
A renowned entrepreneur and business leader, Green’s career is marked by numerous accolades, including Top 40 Under 40, CEO of the Year, and Retailer of the Year from Chain Store Age. He also received the Lifetime Innovation in Retail Award and was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young.
Beyond Indochino, Green has founded 15 Canadian companies and invested in more than 100 private businesses and real estate ventures across Canada and the Pacific Northwest.
“I am deeply honored to receive this medal, which represents not just my work, but the collective efforts of all the incredible people I have had the privilege to work alongside,” said Green. “This recognition fuels my commitment to continue making a difference and reminds me how proud I am to be Canadian.”
The Coronation Medal, awarded as part of celebrations for King Charles III, follows a long-standing tradition of honoring individuals who have made significant contributions to Canadian society.
