Vancouver-based Quandri has raised $16 million to expand its AI-powered platform for insurance brokerages and agencies, bringing its total funding to more than $27 million since launching in 2021.
The latest round was led by Framework Venture Partners, with continued support from FUSE and Defined Capital, and strategic investment from Intact Ventures—the venture arm of Canada’s largest provider of property and casualty insurance.
Named one of LinkedIn’s Top Canadian Startups and a Techcouver startup to watch in 2025, Quandri will use the fresh capital to accelerate its go-to-market strategy, deepen its AI and engineering investments, and scale operations in both Canada and the U.S.
Since its previous raise in 2023, Quandri has seen rapid traction: revenue has grown 15X, its client base has grown to 100+ across North America, and its team has expanded fivefold to 75 full-time employees.
Brokerages and agencies now use Quandri to automate servicing work, increase retention, and boost revenue by offering clients a more personalized renewal experience.
“We’ve had strong conviction in our vision from day one, but having new investors like Framework and Intact supporting our journey adds real momentum,” said Jackson Fregeau, CEO and co-founder. “Their support affirms the value we’re delivering and gives us the insight and fuel we need to keep pushing the industry forward.”
To support its next phase of growth, Quandri plans to hire more than 40 people in 2025. The company is also expanding its Vancouver headquarters with a new 15,000-square-foot office and opening a Boston office to better serve its growing U.S. customer base.
Founded by brothers Jackson and Jamieson Fregeau, Quandri’s Renewal Intelligence Platform helps insurance brokerages and agencies streamline back-office operations, surface actionable policy insights, and deliver a modernized renewal experience to clients.
