North Vancouver’s Jane Software Wins Silver Stevie Award

North Vancouver-based Jane Software has been recognized with a Silver Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year in Computer Software (100 or More Employees) at the 20th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The award highlights Jane’s continued focus on delivering high-quality, human-driven support to its growing base of health and wellness practitioners. The company’s platform is widely used by clinics to manage scheduling, billing, charting, and telehealth, making customer support a critical component of its offering.

Founded by Alison Taylor and Trevor Johnston, Jane Software has grown into one of Vancouver’s notable vertical SaaS companies, building tools specifically for health and wellness clinics. Headquartered in North Vancouver, the company supports a large and growing base of practitioners across North America.

In a software landscape increasingly shaped by automation, Jane has taken a different approach. This latest recognition marks Jane’s third Stevie Award, following Bronze wins in 2023 and 2025, underscoring a sustained investment in customer experience as the company scales.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are among the top global honours for customer experience, business development, and sales performance. This year’s program received more than 2,100 nominations from organizations across 41 countries and territories.

“The remarkable scores achieved by this year’s winners reflect the extraordinary levels of excellence, innovation, and customer impact they deliver,” said Stevie Awards president Maggie Miller.
