Intiveo Launches Command Center to Keep Dental Teams on Track

September 23, 2026 by Techcouver Newsdesk Leave a Comment

Vancouver-based Intiveo has launched Command Center, a real-time operational system designed to help dental practices deliver a consistent patient experience as staff, shifts, and locations change.

The new addition to its patient experience platform turns a practice’s data into a live list of tasks requiring attention, including unconfirmed appointments, incomplete forms, bounced reminders, and unanswered messages. Tasks are assigned to a person and logged with a timestamp, helping teams identify gaps and follow through throughout the day.

“Practices already know what a great day looks like. The hard part is hitting that standard every single day, no matter who’s at the desk,” said Josh DeVries, CEO and co-founder of Intiveo.

Command Center organizes work around four priorities: preparing patients for appointments, filling the schedule, booking new patients, and resolving unanswered messages. The goal is to surface issues while teams can still address them, rather than waiting for a retrospective report.

Intiveo is a member of the BC Tech Association.

Early users are reporting improvements. Dena Rathbun, Senior Manager of Operations at USOSM Alamo, said no-shows have become rare since her team began using the system.

The launch follows Intiveo’s introduction of Veo earlier this year, which added AI capabilities for suggesting patient communication templates and responding to routine after-hours inquiries, with configurable controls and provider oversight.

With Command Center, Intiveo is expanding its focus from helping practices communicate with patients to helping teams manage the daily follow-through behind those interactions. The company says it now serves more than 3,000 dental practices across North America.
