This November, Converge 2026 will connect more than 300 founders, investors, and government partners from across the province.
Converge is a flagship gathering of British Columbia’s climate tech community powered by NorthX, formerly the BC Centre for Innovation and Clean Energy.
Attendees will hear from companies hard problems, as well as join investors navigating capital flow, plus gain a data-driven view of climate hard tech investment, all while exploring what is possible moving forward.
The event targets entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, policymakers, and others interested in discovering what the sector has built and what it will take to build what comes next.
At the event, NorthX chief executive officer Sarah Goodman will talk to experts such as Gerald Butts of Eurasia Group.
Drawing on two decades advising G7 leaders, including Prime Minister Mark Carney, Butts will engage in a conversation about how the world’s major economies are positioning themselves and where that leaves Canada.
Goodman will also speak at Converge with Ross Beaty, an energy entrepreneur who serves as President of Vancouver’s Sitka Foundation, a biodiversity catalyst.
At the Vancouver Convention Centre, Beaty will share what his storied career has taught him about patient capital, long timelines, and where he sees Canada’s next builders making their mark.
Early bird pricing for tickets ends on November 6th.
