Dr. Seuss is back.
In truth, he never left, with the Seuss universe representing a multi-billion dollar franchise that has sold hundreds of millions of books and spawned myriad additional media, inspiring the imaginations of children for generations.
In 2026, Dr. Seuss is reimagined on the digital front with a screen-ready platform that reimagines over 20 classic titles as more than 1,000 educational games and activities for kids ages two through eight.
Dr. Seuss: Learn and Play was crafted by Be The Monster, which was in turn built by Victoria-based developer Faisal Sethi of Frosty Pop fame.
Sethi developed the platform alongside Renée Jordan, who studied Applied Educational Psychology at Columbia University to dedicate her career to working with children.
The games feature beloved classic characters, from The Lorax and Super Hunch to Bloog and the Remarkable Foon.
Each game is thoughtfully and intentionally mapped to the essential developmental domains and CDC milestones that science shows matter most in the early years, according to the creators, disguising learning as play.
This includes building whimsical vehicles to moving around a fantastical board game.
Kids learn letters, numbers, fine motor skills, communication, problem solving, and creative expression without following a rigid path of progression.
Users can try a trial of the product for free. After that, a subscription to the ad-free, iOS-exclusive app—which costs US$8 per month, or US$65 annually—is good for up to four kids.
