Promising to empower the next wave of startups, the 6th Annual Gravitas Securities Growth Conference takes place on Thursday, March 2nd at the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel.
This year’s event will welcome an extensive audience that includes venture capital, family office, and institutional investors, as well as investment bankers from across Canada and abroad.
For Techcouver, the highlight of the day will be a technology panel featuring Parvis Invest.
Named a Vancouver fintech to watch in 2023, Parvis Invest opens up access to institutional quality real estate investments to its members on a blockchain-based platform designed to modernize the investing process.
Parvis was co-founded by David Michaud, Drew Green, Conan Graham, and Jas Bagry in 2019 and raised $2.6 million from Gravitas in 2022.
The lunch keynote this year will be Alan MacNevin, Chief Operating Officer of Brüush Oral Care.
Launched in 2019, toothbrush innovator Brüush has a subscription-based business model that provides an easy brush head refill plan, ensuring consumers are able to easily maintain a high level of oral health.
The Vancouver-headquartered direct-to-consumer brand raised a $6.5 million Series A financing round led by Gravitas in 2019.
With a wide array of industries featured year after year and the most prominent names in the small-cap community in the same place at the same time, this year’s conference is anticipated to be Gravitas Securities’ biggest event yet.
