Elevated Signals Promises ‘Performance and Profit’ Powered by Platform’s New Planning Tool

July 17, 2025 by Knowlton Thomas Leave a Comment

Elevated Signals has launched a new module that aims to provide growing manufacturers with a smarter way to plan, adjust, and optimize production.

Targeting regulated industries such as cannabis, nutraceuticals, and food and beverage, Elevated Signals brings all production data, including inventory, quality assurance, work orders, and planning, into one flexible system.

The Vancouver-based company’s new Planning & Scheduling module provides teams with agility through a drag-and-drop interface that automatically adjusts all related steps in the production plan, according to a statement from Elevated, which enables firms to accurately model capacity, avoid over- or under-production, and respond faster to demand—which can in turn reduce delays and labour costs while maximizing throughput.

With everything in one place, manufacturers can trace batches, generate compliant records, and be audit-ready anytime, says Elevated Cofounder Amar Singh—no more stitching together spreadsheets, calendars, and disconnected tools.

Elevated Signals is a member of the BC Tech Association.

“Factory managers need to hit production targets reliably and predictably, but most are still relying on spreadsheets and whiteboards to plan their operations,” explains Singh, who serves his upstart as chief executive officer. “That leads to missed deadlines, team stress, inventory issues, and ultimately missing profitability and revenue goals.”

“Our new module replaces these tools,” says Singh, “with a smarter, integrated system that brings structure to the chaos—helping manufacturers stay aligned, agile, and ahead of demand.”

Singh says Elevated is already working on adding features in the future including forecasting, costing, and AI insights to further enhance control over performance and profit.

Last year, Elevated Signals raised $8M in funding through a Series A round led by Yaletown Partners and partnered with pH7 Technologies, a globally recognized cleantech innovator targeting the mining industry.

The company was founded in 2016.
