Vancouver’s infinitii ai intends to debut two “major product advancements” for its flagship offering at WEFTEC 2025 in Chicago next week.
The Water Environment Federation’s Technical Exhibition and Conference is the largest annual water quality exhibition in North America.
There, two new products from the B.C.-based provider of AI-driven predictive analytics for Smart City water infrastructure will be unveiled: infinitii mobile and infinitii dashboards.
Infinitii mobile transforms how utility teams operate, bringing real-time flowworks data to managers, field crews, data analysts, and office staff.
New capabilities empower teams to receive instant alarms on any mobile device and drill into sensor data for troubleshooting on the go to ensure maximum infrastructure resilience, according to chief executive officer Jean Charles Phaneuf.
Infinitii dashboards, meanwhile, improves data visualization and sharing for water utility personnel.
With drag-and-drop, no-code dashboard creation, utilities can gain real-time visibility into water collection and delivery systems while sharing key system metrics and trends across departments, leadership, and stakeholders for collaboration.
The launches mark “an important step forward in making flowworks monitoring, alerting, and advanced analytics more accessible and actionable for every stakeholder, from senior operations managers to data analysts, modelers, project managers and operators,” Phaneuf said.
“These new products empower teams to make smarter, faster decisions–whether they’re in the office, at an outdoor inspection site or working remotely,” stated the CEO.
The services are available in standard or pro formats. The standard version, which provides basic features, is offered as a free benefit for existing customers. The pro versions offer “advanced features” such as a no-code dashboard builder for flowworks.

Since launching a decade ago in 2014, infinitii ai has evolved into a machine learning software firm that serves customers in many major North American municipalities, including Toronto, Montreal, and York in Canada and Seattle, Boston, and Los Angeles in the US.
Last year, the predictive analytics company secured the City of Vancouver as a customer and also closed a private financing round led by ThreeD Capital.
Infinitii ai rebranded in 2022 from Carl Data Solutions.
