FORM Boosts Access to Swim System with Launch of Entry-Level Goggles

May 11, 2026 by Knowlton Thomas Leave a Comment

In 2025, Vancouver-based FORM launched the Smart Swim 2 PRO featuring Corning Gorilla Glass 3 lenses.

Building on the momentum of the Smart Swim 2 released in 2024, the PRO model is engineered for performance and durability in demanding environments.

This month, the B.C. augmented reality technology innovator launched the Smart Swim 2 LT.

The newest entry point into the FORM Swim System, the Smart Swim 2 LT features the company’s flagship technology HeadCoach, an AI-powered bot that guides swimmers through tailored training sessions.

In the pool, goggles guide users through every step: the warm-up, the main set, the rest intervals, the cool-down.

“Smart Swim 2 LT represents the next step in making our smart swim coaching more approachable,” says Dan Eisenhardt, founder of FORM. “While our Smart Swim 2 and PRO goggles deliver great advanced features and benefits, LT focuses on simplicity, so swimmers of all abilities can stay present, engaged, build consistency, and enjoy every swim session.”

While the aforementioned Swim 2 PRO clocks in at nearly $300, the LT starts at $149 (plus $10 per month for the premium subscription of services).

“With LT, we’ve delivered an augmented reality coaching goggle for less than the cost of a decent pair of running shoes, or a couple of hours with a swim coach,” says Eisenhardt. “At $149, it’s a very compelling proposition, a goggle designed to deliver years of engagement and improvement in the sport we love.”

Form was founded by Dan Eisenhardt, an entrepreneur who sold Recon Instruments to Intel in 2015.

The company ranked among Deloitte’s 2025 Technology Fast 500 last year.
