An award-winning socially minded entrepreneur from Vancouver has been selected to appear in an upcoming episode of Dragons’ Den.
The episode, airing September 22nd at 8pm on CBC and the CBC Gem streaming service, features Hall’s BC startup, No Story Lost.
Cousins Andrew Hall and Jeremy Bryant first founded Mealshare, a non-profit organization focused on ending youth hunger.
The entrepreneurial cousins are at it again with No Story Lost, which captures and writes your family’s stories and turns them into a coffee table keepsake.
“We think Dragon’s Den will be a huge step forward for us,” says Hall. “We’re really excited our pitch will be aired—facing six Dragons was very fun.”
When Hall and Bryant did their initial market research for No Story Lost, they found that though most families had the thought of doing this but almost nobody took the time to actually sit down and do it.
No Story Lost starts with a conversation. They interview your loved one and collect their favourite memories, stories, and advice. Professional writers transcribe, write, and edit your family stories.
Four weeks later your family keepsake is delivered: a beautiful coffee table book.
Hall’s entrepreneurial journey began at just 23. Awards won included BC Business Top 30 Under 30, EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, and Techvibes’ Community Impact award.
